We’re so glad you’re coming to our free women’s self-defense workshop!

You should receive an email shortly with all the details of the event (make sure to check your spam/junk mail folder, too).

To ensure the best possible experience for you, we recommend that you take the following steps:

1. Arrive a little early
Try to stop by 5-10 minutes early so we can show you around our facility and have you fill out some basic paperwork.

2. Dress comfortably
Wear something that you can move around in, such as a T-shirt with shorts or sweatpants. The workshop will be conducted barefoot on our mats.

3. Bring a parent if you’re under 21
If you’re under 21, we require that you bring a parent or guardian and have that person stay for the duration of the workshop. If you don’t bring a parent, you won’t be able to participate.

4. Bring a credit card or checkbook
The workshop is absolutely free, of course. But after taking our workshop, people always want to know how they can continue training with us. For that reason, we plan to tell you about the different programs we offer at the end of the workshop. If you decide to enroll that evening, you’d be able to get your gear for free. We handle tuition payments by credit card or checking account EFT, so to make the enrollment process as smooth as possible, please bring a credit card or checkbook with you just in case.

5. Invite the whole family!
The workshop is designed to help you make an informed decision about whether we’re the right martial arts school for you and your family. So if there’s anyone other than yourself who would be involved in making that decision, please make sure they come along so we can answer all their questions!
